E is for equine or horse
- horses live their lives in social groups, very much in the here and now
- they communicate by use of body language and are highly sensitive to the body language of others
- they act like mirrors reflecting back to us not what is on the outside but what is on the inside, very aware of any incongruence
A is for assisted
- the qualities listed above, along with many others make the horse ideally suited to assisting the person in their quest for self knowledge and understanding, the first step to change
S is for self
- your true self, what you think and feel if freed to do so, unhindered by all the things (fears, frustrations, anger, dependencies etc) that prevent you achieving your full potential
E is for exploration
- the journey, and the adventure that can help you find your true self, breaking free of old patterns of behaviour to be all that you can be
